2-Color Textured Hat Set

self-released in November 2007: $2.50 [also sold in kits]

This set of 4 patterns includes a version that's knit flat, and a version that's knit around, each with 2 different stitch pattern options. They are all meant for yarn that stripes between 2 colors; for results like the sample hats, yarn color lengths should be about 1 yard.

Kits include a 90ish yard skein of hand-dyed recycled yarn, striping between 1 yard sections of the 2 different colors, and the pattern set with all 4 pattern versions.

The stats:

Size: adjustable to any size.

Yarn: heavy worsted works best; about 90 yards.

Needles: US 10 1/2's are suggested, but go smaller if you're a looser knitter; gauge isn't important because of the way the patterns work.

Skills needed: just knit and purl!
